A very delicious juicy chocolate cake. And you can allso use the cake as a cake base.

2 eggs – 60 g sugar -15 g honey – 1 tsp. Vanilla – 1 knsp. salt – 15 g cocoa – ½ tsp. baking soda – 65 g wheat flour – 15 g liquid margarine – 20 g dark chocolate

You will also need this: A Springform 18-20 cm in diameter.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave and mix with the margarine – Eggs, vanilla, honey, salt and sugar are whipped with a hand mixer for approx. 2-3 min. at the highest speed, so that it becomes airy – Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder well and turn it carefully together with the eggs and the sugar mass – Finally, mix in the margarine / chocolate. The cake must be baked approx. 13-15 min. at 170c in the middle of the oven.
